Turning Skills into Impact

Working Groups are task-specific units within the Digital Inclusion Council framework, operating as thematic units within Rwanda’s digital skills ecosystem. They promote collaboration by enabling stakeholders to share insights, identify gaps and opportunities, and shape practical solutions. Working closely with the Programme Management Office (PMO), the groups provide ongoing feedback and recommendations that support coordination, inform decision-making, and help translate digital skills initiatives into real opportunities and national impact.
