The One Million Rwandan Coders (OMRC) initiative is coordinated by the Ministry of ICT and Innovation and guided by the Digital Inclusion Council (DIC) - a national body that brings together government, private sector, academia, and ecosystem partners to accelerate digital talent development while ensuring inclusivity. Working Groups are a space where learners, mentors, and industry practitioners collaborate, share knowledge, and grow together. Through these groups, you can connect with peers, build real projects, access career insights, and contribute to Rwanda’s national priorities.
